For TrueSubstance, B2B sales isn’t about shifting volume; it’s about finding partners who refuse to compromise on quality. This role focuses on placing our “Slomilled” products into the kitchens of hotels, airlines, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and organic boutiques. You shall also be responsible for the modern trade expansion strategy and execution.
The Mission

You will be responsible for building a network of high-integrity partners—top-tier restaurants, artisanal bakers, health stores, airlines, hotels, large kitchens and modern trade outlets—who want to elevate their offerings using our superior, nutrient-dense ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- HoReCa Partnerships: Identify and close deals with premium cafes, bakeries, and restaurants that value “clean label” and artisanal ingredients.
- Corporate & Institutional Sales: Develop a “Substance Subscription” for corporate offices, wellness centers, and high-end community clubs.
- B2B Retail Expansion: Partner with gourmet grocery chains and organic specialty stores to stock our pre-packed range.
2. Relationship Management & Solution Selling
- The Culinary Bridge: Work with Chefs and R&D teams to show how our specific grains (like Emmer or Khapli) can improve their bread, pasta, or traditional menus.
- Account Management: You aren’t just “selling”; you are managing. Ensure our B2B partners receive their “Milled-to-Order” supplies on time and in peak condition.
- Custom Blends: Coordinate with our Food Tech and Milling teams to develop custom flour specifications for bulk clients.
3. Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of high-value accounts. We value “quality of account” over “quantity of leads.”
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly volume forecasts to the production team to ensure the mills are ready for bulk orders.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Structure deals that reflect the premium nature of our product while ensuring sustainable margins for both parties.
