Cancelling your order

You can cancel free of charge until we start milling or packing your order. Call us on +91 87965 62400 or +91 87965 72400, or WhatsApp +91 87965 62400, with your order number. Because our flours are milled fresh for each order, orders that have been milled or packed can’t be cancelled.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the address is outside our delivery area. We will tell you, and refund anything you have paid.

Damaged, wrong or quality problems

If something arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a quality problem, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Send a photo of the product and its pack by WhatsApp to +91 87965 62400. We will replace the item or refund it.

As these are food products, we can’t accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by UPI within 3 working days: to the UPI ID you paid from, or to a UPI ID you give us. Refunds for orders paid on delivery are also made by UPI.
